
Em-j born Marlon J. Walters, Jamaican native later moved to the
United States with his family. Em-j’s passion for music began at an
early age. He recalls writing his first rhyme at the age of eight.
With the inspiration of several Jamaican born artist such as
Shinehead, Heavy D, Busta Rhymes and many others, rap became second
nature to him.
In the Late 1990s, he began recording determine to provide his
generation with his creative style of music. With his upcoming album
“Ménage a Trois”, this Miami based artist is prepared to show the
hip hop industry a new flavor and stlye that will stir up the club
scenes. The most distinctive element of ‘Em-j's music is its party
vibe and its sexual flavor.
‘Em-j believes as an artist, he is constantly growing. Creating
music and presenting it to the world is his main aspiration.
Although rap is his first love, he is still a fanatic of dancehall,
which is evident with his calibrations with Beenie Man and Elephant
Man on his upcoming album “Ménage a Trois”.
