The future is now……the coming of a new urban artist who
can rock the mic and is also known to move the crowd. I go by the
name of Mr. Walker. Born Windell Wayne Walker, Jr. on April 9, 1976
in San Jose, California. At age 7 my family moved to Texas where I
have overcome many trials and tribulations. My life has not always
been an easy walk down the street. Like so many other artist the
street life/mentality was about to take a hold of me. However, my
older brother Derrick purposed in his heart that I was not going to
fall prey to the drug game like many of our friends and relatives.
As a teenager I learned to take all the disappointments and negative
experiences in my life and use it as motivation and information to
pull myself up in my career. Some of my musical influences are Run-DMC,
Rakim, LL Cool J, N.W.A., Ice Cube, and the late Tupac Shakur just
to name a few.
